Adam + Kate: Burgundy and Blue Wedding at Raleigh's Industrial Modern Venue

Adam and Kate were destined for a memorable burgundy and blue wedding in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.

The couple married on June 17, 2023, at Harvest Chapel and held their reception at The Stockroom at 230. The team was professional and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. The venue was in the perfect location in downtown Raleigh on a quiet street with a lot of greenery for photos.

Oak City Photography captured Adam and Kate's special day – everything from pre-ceremony details and the bride's first looks to dancing and a "ringing of the bells" send-off. They made it so easy for them to be in front of a camera and had great strategies to get them laughing. Working with them was a great experience. They are extremely organized and on top of everything. The pictures came out so naturally. When they look through their final images, they can relive their wedding day second by second.

Empire Eats served guests during the cocktail hour and reception. The Empire Eats team was a pleasure to work with and was a huge help with choosing their menu and handling all the details for their big day. Their guests are still raving on how good the food was!

We also want to highlight the contributions of the rest of their vendor team, including their Curated Events Raleigh Rentals for the linens and flatware. A close friend of the couple provided music and entertainment throughout the night and kept guests on the dance floor.

Adam and Kate's wedding colors were burgundy, steel blue and sage green, and they incorporated personal touches throughout their event. They adorned the tables with photos showcasing their journey as a couple, used a traditional guest book and featured signature cocktails that reflected their favorite drink.

In addition, Megan Logan Calligraphy designed the chalk wall in The Stockroom's modern event space.

The couple focused on creating a memorable and personalized celebration that reflected their love and relationship. They cherished the opportunity to celebrate with their friends and family and highlighted the intimate last dance they shared as a favorite moment of the day.
