Your biggest mistake would be having a wedding without a day of coordinator. This package allows you and your family to sit back and enjoy your big day, and trust us, you'll need it, it goes by fast. We will ensure your wedding runs seamless from the beginning to end of the day.

• Unlimited phone calls, meetings, and emails

• Review of all vendor contract 8 weeks prior to wedding to confirm all services

• Itinerary prepared and delivered to all vendors prior to the wedding day

• On-site wedding coordination of the rehearsal day

• Wedding coordinator on wedding day

• Staff to setup and breakdown of the ceremony & reception site​

• Includes all staff necessary to execute your day flawlessly from the beginning to the end

• We will cover simple set up of the space like setting tables, folding napkins, placing small decor items. Large decor items will need to be discussed before the wedding to ensure our staff can handle such installation
